Paul Neale has professional experience of all areas of Danish law, but for many years now his primary focus has been on commercial law and litigation before the courts and arbitration tribunals.
Since 1982, Paul has specialised in all legal aspects of franchising. Based on his many years as a franchising advisor, Paul gives lectures and speeches on all legal aspects of franchising and advises on how to establish franchise chains and convert voluntary and centrally owned chains into franchise chains. Foreign businesses looking to set up a franchise business in Denmark or the other Nordic countries often ask for Paul's assistance.
Paul also advises franchise holders, provided that there is no potential conflict of interests.
Paul is a member of EuroFranchise Lawyers, which is a European network of lawyers specialising in franchising.
Paul represents his clients before the courts in all instances and before arbitration tribunals, in both institutional and ad hoc proceedings, and he acts as a permanent advisor to a number of companies.
Moreover, Paul is involved in several charitable foundations as an advisor, board member and manager.
