Anders Aagaard advises Danish and international clients within the field of corporate and commercial law. Anders has advised several international companies in connection with their establishment in Denmark and has followed them thereafter. Anders has also advised Danish companies in connection with establishment and development into mature businesses and has solved a number of disputes in litigation and arbitration for Danish and international clients
Anders has experience in M&A transactions, international contracts, Danish and international litigation and arbitration proceedings, employment law, insurance law, corporate and commercial law, competition law, personal data protection law and construction law.
Anders has advised clients within a broad scope of industries, including energy, environment finance, telecoms, railway, IT, automotive, commercial property, marine, furniture, defence fashion and gaming.
Anders takes a special interest in the interaction between the lawyer as a business adviser and the directors and management of the company with a view to value creation. In doing so, Anders shares with his clients his broad network of domestic and international business executives and advisers.
