Dennis Hofmann specializes in real estate. He advises Danish and international companies and organizations on all aspects of real estate, especially in commercial tenant law, residential tenant law, purchase/sale of rental properties including valuation of rental properties and construction law. He has also handled a significant number of court and arbitration cases related to real estate.
Dennis Hofmann is experienced in real estate development projects both on a legal and practical level and advises real estate developers on the purchase of properties and project planning including financing and contract law aspects.
Dennis Hofmann has held a significant number of courses on commercial tenancy law topics and valuation of rental properties, e.g., through Ejendom Danmark, Byens Ejendom and with several of Denmark’s largest property administrators/property companies.
