Eskil Berg Kappel is part of Aumento’s Emerging Markets advisory team. He advises companies and individuals in connection with cross-border activities and problem areas.
He has been living and working professionally in China for more than 12 years and speaks Chinese. Within that sphere he often advises business in the course of negotiations and particularly concerning protection of knowledge and other IP rights and related aspects in China and other Emerging Markets.

Eskil Berg Kappel has been in charge of numerous IP enforcement actions and civil law suits in China. He was in charge of Danfoss’ legal & IPR operations in China for more than 4 years as the China operation grew from 750 to 3,000 employees.
In addition, he has a professional and personal grasp of and assists expats with cross-border employment, immigration, tax, inheritance, and other topics.
