Kim Egegaard mainly advises SMEs as well as foundations and associations on all aspects of commercial and company law. Kim also provides in-depth advice to private individuals on real estate transactions and other private property issues.
Experience
As a result, Kim has many years of experience of reorganisation of companies or owner-managed businesses, business transfers, intergenerational transfers, restructurings as well as the establishment and start-up of businesses, including choice of business form, formation of companies, shareholders' agreements, executive service agreements, etc. Over the years, Kim has drafted and negotiated a large number of agreements and contracts of nearly every type and degree of complexity. Finally, Kim has vast experience of dispute resolution in the form of 1:1 negotiations, mediation as well as court and arbitration proceedings, including in particular cases concerning claims for damages due to breach of contract, loss adjustment between businesses, etc.
