Mikael Delin is primarily engaged in contentious work regarding construction law and insurance law and has over the last 20 years accumulated an extensive experience in litigation and arbitration.

A large part of Mikael's work consists of disputes regarding technical consultants' professional liability, non-conformity and delay claims.
Mikael also advises employers, contractors and consultants in connection with the negotiation and conclusion of construction and consultancy contracts.
Moreover, Mikael conducts lawsuits on behalf of both Danish and foreign insurance companies in a variety of matters, i.a. personal injury cases and product liability claims, and he often handles non-conformity cases arising in the wake of property conveyances.
